We’re Hiring a Gaming Attendant

Hill Top Golf & Country Club is looking for an experienced Gaming Attendant to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have a background working in a gaming environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to hold the following current certifications and meet these requirements:

  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
  • Current Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence
  • Current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Refresher, including Modules 3 & 4 within VGCCC requirements
  • Previous experience in a gaming venue or similar customer service environment
  • Strong understanding of responsible gaming obligations and venue compliance
  • Excellent communication, presentation and cash-handling skills
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays

What the Role Involves

As a Gaming Attendant at Hill Top Golf Club, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering friendly, professional customer service to our patrons
  • Supporting responsible gaming practices across the venue
  • Assisting with gaming machine operations, payouts and floor duties
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring venue compliance
  • Working closely with the team to create a welcoming experience for all guests
